The Minority and Female Skilled Trades Association is dedicated to assisting minorities and female skilled trades’ worker with finding good paying jobs in the construction industry in Southwestern Ohio. Through our extensive connections, we are able to successfully find and place minorities and women in suitable careers that match their skills and abilities in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
